When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Standard delivery within U.S takes 5-8 business days.
International shipping times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard U.S. shipping on all orders over $70 for subscribed customers, and from time to time we also share exclusive discount codes
Do you offer international shipping?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email our customer care team. hello@baiyeskincare.com If your request meets our return policy guidelines, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
How long does the refund take?
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. Refunds typically post to your account within 3–5 business days and are issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.
Is there a return fee?
Yes, there is an $8 processing fee for returns made by mail using our prepaid label.
Can I use my own carrier?
Yes — you’ll still need to initiate your return online first. We’ll provide you with a copy of your invoice to enclose in your package. For your security, we recommend insured shipping and keeping your tracking number.
What items are non-returnable?
Final sale items, promotional gift items, and e-gift cards are not eligible for return.
