Shipping Policy

US Domestic Delivery Time: 

Expect 3-7 business days for order processing. Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.


Shipping Methods:

We provide standard shipping choices. Standard Shipping usually takes 3 -8 business days from the ship date. Some larger packages may take additional days in processing, and you will receive notification upon shipment.


International Shipping:

BaiyeSkincare offers international shipping starting at $35, along with free international shipping for orders exceeding $300.
Taxes and duties are calculated during checkout to avoid unexpected fees at customs.
International orders are shipped via DHL and typically deliver within 3-8 business days.
We are unable to modify or edit international orders once they are shipped and shipping email with tracking information confirmation has been sent.
Exchanges are not accepted for international orders. Please double-check your order before placing it.

 

Order Tracking:

If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery but you're unable to find it, please try the following:

  1. Check with your neighbors and family members.
  2. Look around the delivery location.
  3. Check for any notices of attemtpted delivery.
  4. Contact the carrier directly for further assistance.

Shipping Delays:
Although we aim to meet delivery expectations, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. Notification of any significant delays will be provided, along with necessary assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Although it is not a requirement we encourage Package Protection to be added to your order. Please email us at sales@baiyeskincare.com with any additional concerns.

Shipping Address:
Ensure accurate shipping address during checkout. Baiyeskincare LLC is not liable for items shipped to incorrect address provided by customer. If the package is returned due to wrong address, re-shipping charge applies.

Returns due to Failed Deliveries:
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Exchanges are not accepted for international orders. Please double-check your order before placing it.


Weather-Related Delays:
Extreme weather conditions may impact shipping times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Holidays:

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Our shop is closed on the following U.S. holidays, and orders won’t be processed on these days:
